U.K. Customers:
Please add 1.50 Pounds for Postage & Packing and then add 17.5% V.A.T. to
the total amount
Customers from EU Countries:
For Orders up to 100 Pounds please add 5.00 Pounds for Airmail Postage &
Packing and then add 17.5% V.A.T. to the total amount.
(for Weight not exceeding 300 gms.)
N.B. Postage & Packing will be charged at cost for Weight exceeding
300gms.
V.A.T. @ 17.5% is
chargeable for the following EU Countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal,
Romania,
Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and United
Kingdom (UK).
EU customers (non-UK): If you are
registered for V.A.T. in your country then V.A.T. is not chargeable
however, you must quote your V.A.T. number on your official letter-headed order.
Customers outside of
EU Countries:
V.A.T. is not payable. Registered Airmail Postage & Packing will be
charged at cost, depending on Weight.

Method of Payment:
All payment accepted only in Pound Sterling.
1. U.K. Customers:
VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, MAESTRO, SWITCH, Cheque or Postal Order.
2. EU Countries & Overseas:
a) Credit Cards: VISA, MASTERCARD or EUROCARD
b) Banker's Draft, Postal Order, International Money
Order or Telex/Bank Transfer.
Note 1: Cheque/Draft must be drawn on to your
Bank's U.K. Branch or any other U.K. Bank.
If paying by Telex or Bank Transfer, then all Bank Charges must be paid by
yourselves.
We will provide our Bank details upon request.
Note 2: If paying by Credit Card then please quote the following:
1) Name and Address
2) Card Number and expiry date
3) Additional information
required for MAESTRO and SWITCH: Valid from and Issue number, one or both
if stated on the card.
(MAESTRO & SWITCH are accepted
from UK customers only)
4) Last 3 digits given on the Signature panel of the card
5) Name and address as given to your Credit Card Bank if
the current address is not the same as given to the Bank.
Note 3: If you are concerned sending the
Credit Card details by Email, then we suggest that you send your Credit
Card details by one of the following method:
i) By Telephone
ii) By Post
iii) By Fax as the telephone lines
directly connects to our Fax telephone line. It is secure because it is
not connected to the Internet.
vi) To send by Email - Send first 2
blocks of Credit Card number and several hours or a day later send the
rest of the information.
