When ordering please state the following to avoid delays in processing the order.

1. Qty. you wish to order + Order Code + Short Description of the item + Price each
+ Total Value of each item + Postage & Packing + V.A.T. (VAT is payable by customers resident in EC countries only)

3. V.A.T. and Postage & Packing Charges are as follows:

If you are registered for V.A.T. in your country then V.A.T. is not chargeable however, you must quote

your V.A.T. number on your order. (non-UK only).

U.K. Customers:
Please add 1.50 Pounds for Postage & Packing and then add 17.5% V.A.T. to the total amount

Customers from EC including EU Countries:
For Orders up to 100 Pounds please add 5.00 Pounds for Registered Airmail Postage & Packing and then add 17.5% V.A.T. to the total amount. (for total Weight not exceeding 300 gms.)
N.B. Postage & Packing will be charged at cost for Weight exceeding 300gms.

V.A.T. @ 17.5% is chargeable for the following EU Countries only:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany,
Greece, Hungary, Irish Republic, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland,

Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

EU customers (non-UK): If you are registered for V.A.T. in your country then V.A.T. is not chargeable however, you must quote

your V.A.T. number on your order.

Customers resident from Non-EU Countries and rest of the World:
V.A.T. does not apply (not payable). Airmail Postage & Packing will be charged at cost, depending on Weight.
